Health Check Policy– We confirm that each pet goes through an extensive veterinary health check and that the application of all of our safety guidelines are being followed by our breeders when dealing with deworming and vaccination protocols. Why do we do this? To make sure when your new pet arrives it is as happy and healthy as he/she could possibly be.
Days 1-10– Within the first 10 days that the puppy is home with you, you will need to take the puppy to a veterinarian and get a health check performed. If your puppy is found to have a congenital or hereditary condition which adversely affects your pets health, we will either cover up to the price of the pet that you purchased for or we will provide you with a replacement pet having either the same or lower value of what you purchased your original pet for.
Year 1– If your puppy is found to have a congenital or hereditary condition which adversely affects your pets health, we will cover 100% of the price that you purchased the pet for. You are required to follow all of the requirements spelled out in the purchaser acknowledgement agreement.
Year 2-5– If your puppy is found to have a congenital or hereditary condition which adversely affects your pets health, we will cover 50% of the price that you purchased the pet for. You are required to follow all of the requirements spelled out in the purchaser acknowledgement agreement.
Purchaser Acknowledgement Agreement– Purchaser is knowingly aware that owning a pet requires frequent visits to a licensed USDA veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all costs associated with all veterinarian visits, such as but not limited to any veterinarian costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes. Failure of the purchaser to provide the puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void the health guarantee, and we recommend a nutritional program, including feeding only premium dog foods and vitamin supplements for all animals, meaning no replacement or credit will be given if breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia are overweight or over exercised. My Next Pup sells pets for companion purposes only. If your pet is bred, this health guarantee shall terminate and become null and void. PLEASE NOTE** Temperament issues are not covered under this health guarantee as they can be caused by a number of factors outside control of My Next Pup or the breeder including-lack of training, discipline, or proper dog socialization.
